This has been a whirlwind year for us at FoxyAI. As Thanksgiving is the perfect time to reflect on what we are most grateful for, we wanted to take a moment and revisit all that we’ve been able to accomplish—together—in 2024: 

New Partners in Growth 

Along with all the other customers we brought on this year, we announced three major new partnerships with industry leaders around the globe. We first partnered with Ascent Software Group in May, followed by Auction.com in August, and LOOM Property Insights—a leading provider of real-time property data and insights across South Africa—in November. 

Our revenue number keeps going through the roof—kudos to our Sales folks!

Inaugural GEM Proptech Getaway 

We were invited to spend several days in Central Oregon in deep discussion and exploration with a group of 22 proptech innovators—the first multi-day endeavor from Geek Estate. 

Flowers for FoxyAI

We were so thrilled to have been awarded the 2024 Tech100 Real Estate Award from HousingWire, recognizing FoxyAI as one of the most innovative technology companies in the housing economy, for the third year in a row! 

Additionally, FoxyAI’s Head of Marketing, Jane Hood, was named a HousingWire 2024 Marketing Leader—celebrating her exceptional contributions to the real estate industry and showcasing her leadership and commitment to marketing excellence. 

Cross-Country Connections

Conferences kept us busy this year as FoxyAI traveled across the country to connect with other folks passionate about harnessing the power of AI to drive efficiencies in Real Estate. We made an appearance at IMN AI in Real Estate Conference, Blueprint, the HousingWire AI Summit, and many more, networking with and being inspired by fellow industry leaders.

Presentations, Podcasts, Webinars—Oh My! 

FoxyAI took center stage this year, thanks to several appearances by CEO Vin Vomero, who made the rounds with folks like ICE Mortgage Technology, Ascent Software Group, the National Property Preservation Conference, and Appraisers on Purpose to spread the word on the future of Real Estate with AI. 

Annual Charity Gala & Golf Tournament

We were thrilled to be a supporter once again of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Institute in New York City this month—an organization that is a leader in the fight for the Cure.

And, we were so proud to be a sponsor for the DoveLewis Golf Tournament, in support of the incredible work that DoveLewis’ Canine Therapy Teams bring to thousands of people in the Portland area every year.
