Why We Are Thankful This Year

This has been another incredible year for FoxyAI. Earlier this year, we were pleased to introduce FoxyAI Agentic Solutions, and we’re excited to see both new and existing customers taking advantage of everything agents and agentic solutions have to offer. Partnership highlights this year include new collaborations such as VRM, KML Law, and several real estate service and preservation companies alongside continued growth across our customer base. 

As Thanksgiving gives us a moment to pause and reflect, we wanted to look back at everything we’ve been able to accomplish together in 2025.

Partnerships That Expanded Our Reach

In March, we partnered with RealtyBid by Covius to bring advanced, AI-driven property valuation insights directly into the hands of investors and homeowners. Throughout the year, we welcomed strategic partnerships with VRM, KML Law and a publicly traded real estate title and data services company—each collaboration reflecting the increasing demand for visual intelligence and agentic solutions across residential real estate and signaling a broader shift toward automation in property analysis.

Recognition for our Co-Founders

We were thrilled to see our team’s hard work recognized across the industry this year. In March, Dan Hurwitz was named a HousingWire Rising Star—a well-earned recognition for his leadership, execution, and influence across the valuation and proptech landscape.

In November, CEO Vin Vomero was named a HousingWire 2025 Tech Trendsetter, highlighting FoxyAI’s role at the forefront of AI adoption and modernization within the industry.

And we’re honored to share that FoxyAI is expected to be named among Thomvest’s Top 50 AI Startups in Real Estate—recognizing the companies redefining AI applications across the industry.

Proptech Community Connections

Once again this year, we attended the 3rd Annual GEM Proptech Getaway at the Juniper Preserve in Bend, Oregon,  where we spent several days in deep, intimate discussions with a curated group of proptech founders at the Juniper Preserve.  

Later in May, we joined members of the GEMS community again for the inaugural GEM Meets the Camino 2025—where we completed the last 100 KM of Camino Frances Pilgrimage from Sarria to Santiago de Compostelo continuing the tradition of blending connection and innovation with introspection and community. 

Coast to Coast Conferences

Conferences kept us on the road all year as FoxyAI traveled across the country to connect with industry leaders, operators, and innovators. We made appearances at Inman Connect New York, the MBA Servicing Solutions Conference in Dallas, Blueprint Vegas, Valuation Expo in Las Vegas, the HousingWire AI Summit, FSC25 in Dallas, the Collateral Risk Network Meeting 2.0, the National Property Preservation Conference, ResiDay 2025, and many more. Vin and Dan also took center stage at key events like Enterprise AI Agent Week in NYC, the MBA Secondary & Capital Markets Conference, and IMN AI in Real Estate—spreading the word on the future of real estate powered by visual intelligence and agentic solutions.
